ИНТЕНСИВНЫЕ СПОСОБЫ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ КАРБОНАТНОГО ТВЕРДЕНИЯ НА ОСНОВЕ ИЗВЕСТКОВОГО ВТОРИЧНОГО СЫРЬЯ

Аннотация
Аннотация: настоящая статья посвящена исследованию и разработке интенсивных способов твердения изделий за счет улавливания и связывания СО2 и направлена на усовершенствование и повышение производительности технологий производства искусственно карбонизированных строительных материалов и изделий.
Предмет исследования: разработка интенсивных способов принудительной карбонизации систем, состоящих из отходов содового производства – известковой пыли и мелкодисперсного известняка, и влияния их на формирование основных свойств, соответствующих для конструкционных строительных материалов и изделий, в зависимости от различных рецептурно-технологических факторов.
Материалы и методы: в качестве объектов исследования использованы отходы содового производства – известковая пыль, механически осаждаемая в циклонах и рукавных фильтрах шахтных известковых печей и мелкодисперсные отсевы мраморовидных известняков. Вторичное сырье исследовано с помощью современных методов исследования фазового состава и гранулометрии. Методами многопараметрической оптимизации исследованы интенсивные способы организации ускоренной карбонизации систем, состоящих из отходов содового производства – известковой пыли и мелкодисперсного известняка, и установлены закономерности влияния их на формирование прочностных и гидрофизических свойств получаемого материала в зависимости от состава сырьевой смеси, условий формования, концентрации СО2, подаваемого в камеру карбонатного твердения в виде газо-воздушной смеси, и продолжительности выдерживания в средах с повышенным содержанием СО2.
Результаты: получены экспериментально-статистические модели принудительного карбонатного твердения образцов на основе известковой пыли и известняка, по результатам двух четырехфакторных экспериментов, отличающихся способом принудительной карбонизации – динамичный (цикличный) и статичный. Проведен анализ изменения физико-механических свойств опытных образцов – прочности при сжатии, плотности, водопоглощения, водостойкости и толщины карбонизированного слоя в зависимости от изменения исследуемых факторов – концентрации углекислого газа, удельного давления прессования, влажности сырьевой смеси и режима принудительной карбонизации.
Выводы: установлено, что наиболее эффективным способом организации ускоренного карбонизационного твердения строительных материалов и изделий полусухого прессования из вторичного известесодержащего сырья и мелкодисперсного известняка, является комбинированный способ карбонизации, заключающийся в создании предварительного разряжения в карбонизационной камере, последующей подачи в нее углекислотной газо-воздушной смеси и дальнейшей карбонизации в статичном режиме при поддержке в камере карбонизации постоянной концентрации СО2 в пределах 30-40 %.
