В статье приводится краткий анализ социологического исследования, направленного на изучение социально-культурных потребностей и возможностей различных слоёв населения, заинтересованных в обновлении и поддержании структуры и уникальных качеств среды курорта города Алушты. В процессе исследования автором были выявлены следующие проблемы при эксплуатации набережной: социальные, экономические, эстетические, планировочные, нормативно-правовые. Анализ данных проблем помогает понять, какие решения уместны для определенного региона и определенной приморской набережной, какие действия помогут решить выявленные проблемы, а какие только усугубят их. Автор анализирует и систематизирует социально-культурные потребности в формировании качественной среды для отдыха и оздоровления населения. Детально рассмотрен вопрос причастности и ответственности граждан к курортному ресурсу. Результаты исследования позволяют составить проектное задание на реконструкцию Набережной г. Алушты на основе сформированного социального заказа, с последующим проектированием набережной, соответствующей мировым стандартам курортных городов. Проведенный анализ демонстрирует возможность получения информационной и доказательной базы социологического обоснования.

The article provides a brief analysis of a sociological study aimed at studying the socio-cultural needs and opportunities of various segments of the population interested in updating and maintaining the structure and unique qualities of the environment of the resort city of Alushta. In the course of the study, the author identified the following problems in the operation of the embankment: social, economic, aesthetic, planning, regulatory and legal. Analyzing these problems helps you understand which solutions are appropriate for a particular region and a particular seaside promenade, which actions will help solve the identified problems, and which will only worsen them. The author analyzes and systematizes the socio-cultural needs in the formation of a high-quality environment for recreation and recreation of the population. The issue of citizens ' involvement and responsibility in the resort resource is considered in detail. The results of the study allow us to draw up a project task for the reconstruction of the Embankment of the city. Alushta on the basis of the formed social order, with the subsequent design of the embankment corresponding to the world standards of resort cities. The conducted analysis demonstrates the possibility of obtaining an information and evidence base of sociological justification.
