			<abstract><p>Представлены глобальные факторы возникновения проблем дефицита водных ресурсов, а также основные направления действий для их решения. Описана схема процесса образования и усиления водного дефицита при реализации экстенсивных методов водопользования. Рассмотрены проблемы возникновения дефицита водных ресурсов на Крымском полуострове. Выполнен анализ режимов водопотребления г. Симферополя. Показаны особенности и эффективность применения интенсивных методов водопользования в процессах снижения и устранения водного дефицита в различных странах. Представлены основные направления решения проблем водного дефицита Крыма с применением интенсивных методов водопользования</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the global factors of water scarcity problems, as well as the main directions of actions to solve them. The scheme of the process of formation and strengthening of water scarcity in the implementation of extensive methods of water use is described. The problems of water scarcity on the Crimean Peninsula are considered. The analysis of water consumption regimes in Simferopol is carried out. The features and effectiveness of the use of intensive methods of water use in the processes of reducing and eliminating water scarcity in different countries are shown.
