			<abstract><p>В статье изложена концепция использования мобильных устройств в обслуживании  зданий и сооружений ОАО «Российские железные дороги» (РЖД). Показано, что внедрение мобильных устройств  повышает уровень  технического мониторинга зданий, сокращают производственные расходы. Создание базы данных об объекте в виде электронных паспортов  позволяет:        визуализировать  полученную информацию;  комплексно оценить физический и моральный износ здания;  мгновенно вносить корректировки в техническую документацию при ремонте  с просмотром результатов на экране  мобильного устройства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the concept of using mobile devices in the maintenance of buildings and structures of Russian Railways.
