В статье изложена концепция использования мобильных устройств в обслуживании зданий и сооружений ОАО «Российские железные дороги» (РЖД). Показано, что внедрение мобильных устройств повышает уровень технического мониторинга зданий, сокращают производственные расходы. Создание базы данных об объекте в виде электронных паспортов позволяет: визуализировать полученную информацию; комплексно оценить физический и моральный износ здания; мгновенно вносить корректировки в техническую документацию при ремонте с просмотром результатов на экране мобильного устройства.
The article describes the concept of using mobile devices in the maintenance of buildings and structures of Russian Railways. Mobile devices increase the level of technical monitoring of buildings and reduce production costs.
